Return Policy

1. Return period:

1.1. The buyer has the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt without stating a reason. However, due to the nature of the product, returns will only be accepted if the packaging has not been damaged or opened.

2. Condition of the product upon return:

2.1. The product must be returned in their original condition. This means that the packaging of the product must not be damaged or opened, the product must not show signs of use, the cellophane wrapping and other packaging elements must be intact and without visible damage.
2.2. The buyer is obliged to observe the recommendations for storing the product in order to preserve their quality.
2.3. It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry place at temperatures up to 20°C. Avoid temperature fluctuations, direct exposure to sunlight and storage in damp places.
2.4. The return of product whose quality has deteriorated due to the buyer’s breach of storage conditions may be rejected.

3. Exchange of products:

3.1. If we have delivered an order that is not as described, the product will be exchanged in accordance with our returns policy.
3.2. If the seller does not have the product originally ordered, the seller undertakes to refund the buyer the money paid for the product in question.
3.3. The Seller undertakes to exchange the product within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the product.

4. Return of products:

4.1. If you wish to return a product, please let FloriVita know by completing the online returns form >> “Right to refuse”.
4.2. When returning a product, it is mandatory to provide the document of purchase of the product by attaching it electronically to the return form.
4.3. When filling out the return form, the buyer should take clear photos of the item showing its current condition. These photos should be attached to the return form.
4.4. The buyer has the right to cancel their return request before the product are sent back to the seller.

5. Return of funds:

5.1. Refunds are made by the same method of payment within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
5.2. The funds will be returned in full as they were originally transferred.
5.3. Refunds will only be given for products that have been returned in accordance with our returns policy.

6. Refund costs:

6.1. Costs associated with the return of products without giving a reason shall be borne by the buyer.
6.2. If an order delivered by us is not as described or has been damaged in transit, we will bear the shipping costs in case of return or exchange.

7. Confirmation of return:

7.1. Wait for confirmation from FloriVita before returning or despatching an item.
7.2. Once confirmed, we will contact you via the email or mobile number provided on the form and provide further instructions.
7.3. Product must be returned or dispatched within 14 days of submitting a return request. If you dispatch the item before this deadline, the condition will be fulfilled.

8. Buyer's responsibility:

8.1. The buyer is solely responsible for keeping the product in unaltered condition until they are returned to the seller.
8.2. Upon receipt of the returned product, the seller shall inspect them. If the product are found to be damaged or used, this may affect the refund amount.
8.3. The buyer must comply with the rules for storing the products. Violation of these rules resulting in a loss of the original value of the product may be grounds for reducing the amount of the refund or refusing the refund.
8.4. In the event that it is established that the storage or use of the products has been impaired, which has led to their devaluation, the seller reserves the right to refuse a full refund of the value of the products.

9. Liability for products:

9.1. We pay special attention to the quality of the products and their packaging when dispatched. However, we are not responsible for the condition in which the product may be delivered to the buyer due to the actions of the delivery service. If upon receipt the product are damaged or in poor condition due to delivery problems, we are ready to consider each case individually and offer possible options for refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

10. Seller reserves the right to refuse returns if buyer fails to comply with the established return policies set forth herein.
